Locations

This was our first location we chose streatham station we chose this place as its small and its quite creepy, also we decided to choose this loacation as the 'stalker' and the girl meet.

We chose streatham ice rink as anthor location we chose this becuase its really dull and creepy inside and it looks like no one actually enters the place it was cold in there too which made us feel weird when we where in the shooting this scence and it also gave us more support with making our trailer.

For the mirror scence we used my bedroom, with lipstick i wrote on the mirror 'Im watching you' it was quite difficult to write on the mirror and shoot this scence as the table was quite small to put the camera which was our problem but we out little boxes onto the table and placed out camera inside the doors so when i open the door it gives it a spooky effect.

Shooting Schedule

Before we started filming we had to make a shooting schedule so we know where were filming and what time and what place, we stuck to this schedule and this helped us but due to heavy snow we didnt really stick to much of our schedule.

Research For Narrative

We reasearched onto the BBC website and we found a story which matched ours and in order to make our trailer realistic and beliveable we thought we research into a real life story.

Our Production Name and Logo

This is our production name and logo which we came up with we first thought of some others like 'Eye Productions' but it didnt really work well so we then thought of 'JIGSAW' productions. We thought this was a strong production name and we then used photoshop to create this we got fonts of 'dafont.com' and we thought we would put a puzzle peice outside the 'i' so that it gives it an effect that it is a jigsaw this also matched our film trailer and its very jigsaw ( put in peices).

Some Conventions Of Horror Trialers:

•  They highlight the 'best bits' of the film
•  We are not shown the story in narrative order
•  They showcase the stars of the film
•  Conversations between characters usually consist of one line each
•  Voice - Overs are used to tell the story and give credit information
•  Music plays an important role in creating atmosphere
•  The title does not appear until the end
•  The trailer builds to a climax, where it ends
